Register of the Confederate Debt, Raphael P. Thian - 1972
This book was originall published in 1880. Thian researched the US Archives to create this "never go out of date" reference. It contains the names of who signed what notes by serial number. A collector can use it to determine if a given note is a counterfeit or real. It even records the dates of those notes that were manually dated (all Montgomery notes, ....) on what date and by serial number. The record is complete except for many of the 1864 notes near the end of the war. It also contains a section on all CSA Bonds, This book is a must for the serious CSA Note or Bond Collector. Douglas Ball wrote the forward. Excellent condition. $85.00.
